Wine Tasting

Imagine a balmy evening on our terrace, sea air and moonlight, enjoying the best wine Greece has to offer.

As the sun begins to dip behind Symi’s hills and the light softens to gold, Fotini, our island’s beloved wine expert, will guide you through an intimate journey into the soul of Greek wine learning of the history and makers.

Together, you’ll taste a curated selection that speaks of the land; its wild herbs, the sun-drenched slopes and its sea air. From the spirited Xinomavro of the north to the crisp, volcanic Assyrtiko of Santorini, each glass carries a story centuries in the making.

Paired with local cheeses, olives and delicacies. This experience unfolds like an evening conversation between friends — gentle, warm, and deeply satisfying.

Held from late afternoon to early evening. Duration 90 minutes.
