Booking Terms and Conditions
We have 2 booking payment options:
A Non Refundable rate: We offer 10% discount of the total accommodation cost when 100% payment is made and confirmed at the time of booking. This is non refundable.
A flexible rate: 50% deposit of the total accommodation cost is charged upon confirmation of your booking, with the remaining 50% due 8 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival .
Cancellation policy
If the cancellation is made more than 16 weeks before your arrival date you will receive a full refund.
For cancellations between 16 weeks and 8 weeks prior to arrival date: half of the initial 50% deposit is refundable (ie 25% of the total booking price).
Cancellations made less than 8 weeks prior to schedule are non refundable.
No-show or departure prior to scheduled date: 100% of total accommodation cost will be retained and is non refundable
Taxes and Service Charges:
13% VAT is included
0.50% municipality tax is included
Climate Tax of 2€ per room per night should be paid at the hotel upon check-out
Payment by credit card. Bank transfers require the local banks confirmation and therefore is advised only for costs that can be prepaid.
A 2000€ damage waiver will be authorised on your valid payment card. Any charges will be made within 14 days of departure and invoices can be provided.

There is a private owners cottage in the grounds which is occupied from time to time however is entirely separate from Selene
